Really good Kaiseki Experience

I was genuinely wowed by the kaiseki dinner served at Wakamatsu. The presentation was stunning, and the blend of fresh seasonal ingredients made each dish a delight. I loved the variety and the uniqueness of the flavors, making it one of the best dining experiences I've had. My experience at this ryokan was unforgettable, nestled right by the ocean near Hakodate. I loved our traditional tatami room with its spectacular ocean view. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious meals made from local Hokkaido ingredients. The only downside was that service was mostly invisible outside meal times.
